I was gifted this book soon after it was published. I do read quickly, but I read and literally stored every precious word in it four times the day I received it. I have two terminal diseases and Dr. Hepker, through his book is saving my life everyday. I have learned the True Health philosophy and it is amazing.Thank you so very much for writing this book. It helps me every single day of my life. I recommend this book to everyone. It is a must have, must read.
